Common Grounds: The Graveyard Café

One of the last pilot stories, written in 2016, this features all the bits of modern canon right when it began existing: Grace, Gallo, Common Grounds as a cemetery and the coffee shop Gallo runs there, Grace's radio show The Witching Hour, and their perfectly fluffy asexual relationship.Just a fun, nice little vignette where Grace shows up at the coffee shop in the middle of the night while Gallo is cleaning, and tries one of his cupcakes he'll be baking for the next few days. It's red velvet with chocolate frosting and fudge filling baked inside.My personal favorite of the pilots and non-canon bits. It's just adorable. And very cozy. Set officially in Grimstead at some vague middle point during Solemn Graces not in the Pilot Universe, so all the world's creepiest weirdness is on full surroundings for Grace and Gallo to toy with.
