What we lost (And what remains)

The tiny robot— Wilbur, floated around him in glee. The robot's eyes had literal sparkles in place of his actual pupils, clearly intrigued about the concept of shapeshifting.

“A shapeshifter, huh? I’ve certainly never seen that before. I thought those were fairy tales that mothers told their children when they’d act out of line.” She mused, bumping his little body into Technoblade as if he were trying to test something out.

“We're real alright, and I’d certainly appreciate it if someone didn’t keep poking and prodding at me like a carnival attraction before I bite their head off.” He mutters under his breath, glaring harshly at Wilbur who only innocently looks up at him, blinking as if he hadn't been constantly pestering him for about 10 minutes now.

“I don’t understand a single bit of what you’re saying, but I can tell you’re annoyed by me poking at you,” She said in a sing-song voice, eyes squinting in what Techno could only describe as mischievous.
