“I would like to learn to become human,” he announces to Jeongin, the man sitting across from him at something he’s been told is a chess board. Jeongin is trying to teach him the rules, but Hyunjin hasn’t been paying very close attention, too lost in his own head. Jeongin never seems to mind, he’s endlessly patient, the silly thing, that’s why he’s perfect for this specific request. Not that Hyunjin is likely to ask anyone else anyways, he only has two friends (three if he counts Felix).Jeongin looks up from the game pieces, his eyebrows raised and his mouth dropped open in a circle. “Huh?”Hyunjin scrunches his nose. So cute, his silly boy is. “I’ve been thinking about all the human things I want to do, now that I’m down here for good.
