The first thing she becomes aware of afterwards is that she's made it to the summer palace. For a moment she thinks she's survived, that a healer must have saved her and she is just waking up, or that there was simply too much magic in her body to allow her to die. But she is standing, not lying in a bed. Not waking up. She is wearing the clothes she had died in, and when she looks at her hands she can see right through them.
