It was right by the railing, which is why when a slight wave hit the boat and caused it to rock, Tommy wasn’t able to catch himself in time before he was tumbling off the side of the boat and into the water.Immediately, his senses were shocked by how cold it was, and next came the overwhelming sense of panic.
