Summary
In April of 1986, Nick and Moira Harrington put their house up for sale and leave it to rot, along with everyone else rich enough to get out of Hawkins. They leave most of their belongings behind, figuring they'll come back for them when the house sells or Hawkins is no longer a de-facto quarantine zone.
