highs and lows

Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto have lived close together since they were able to walk. The three have always looked out for each other at every stage of their lives. When Sasuke starts dealing with a new diagnosis relationships change and the world becomes a little wonky.(if you've read my piece 'i'm calling you aren't i?' then consider this like a prelude of sorts? idk this was the original piece but it kind of branched out to its own little au with multiple branches? idk I just finished the second season of loki, so consider this a branch to that au lol)
