Summary
“Remind me again why we’re buying a child, Maedhros?”
“It’s not like we won’t get the money right back,” the big elf—Maedhros—pointed out. Gil was confused, but Maedhros continued anyway: “Besides, it doesn’t look like he has anyone to take care of him.”
The dark-haired elf, who Gil suspected might be Maedhros’ brother because they looked like each other, hummed. “And not because this one bears a remarkable resemblance to a certain cousin of ours?”
In which Gil makes some deeply questionable choices, but then, what kid doesn’t want to be a space pirate?
