Summary
This story is basically an alternate take on the Android/Cell Saga, where Dr. Gero creates Android 22/IA Rocks from the blood of a girl who's parents were former Red Ribbon Army soldiers, having recently got themselves into a car accident. But a few years later, Android Rocks eventually finds that her predecessor, Aria Aozora (or IA for short), was very much alive.
