If for some reason you need *my* recommendation to play this game unspoiled, I give it with enthusiasm.CONTENT WARNING: This is a character study centered on Clive. There is paranoia; there are rants; there are the opportunities an employer may give you; there is trauma and the failure to process it; there is the unforgiving passage of time. Less-canon is the occasional swearing & alcohol consumption, which I’ve applied to Clive because, idk, it makes sense to me. I also play a little fast & loose with some of the worldbuilding (Who owns the cave? Who wants to own the cave? Where did The Family come from? Typical prequelly shit lol).So kind of a big oof but not, I hope, entirely depressing. And not a very flattering/forgiving portrait of this character, though he is one of my favorites of all time.I’ve been working on this for 3 years lmao
