Summary
Six years ago, the Shredder killed Splinter in a fight the turtles were too late in reaching. Even though the brothers were later able to defeat the Shredder and avenge their father, Raphael had not let it go. He blamed Leonard for what happened and disappeared, not having contacted them since. He lived alone, rotating between different hideouts no one else knew about, until he found a baby rat covered in Mutagen ooze.
