Erik couldn't bring himself to leave the room, not to sleep when his son was sleeping the way they had been told to. Not even when he would be in his and Charles's room right next to the nursery with a baby monitor and the telepath. It was logical, to some extent, the fear he felt at the idea itself of leaving Pietro alone, but he knew it had passed the point of being logical hours or even days ago.-Erik was a little protective of his small son.
