Summary
The next Avatar, Korra, needs to learn airbending. She doesn’t expect to be adopted by a dragon, the previous Avatar’s mate, and forced to stop a terrorist during her training, but it could have been worse. After all, former Fire Lord Azula was her firebender teacher only a few weeks before the madness began. The Pupa Republic's chaos had nothing on that. Technically, you don't need to read the previous installments to understand this, but there are spoilers for the previous installments, and the past stories do give some background information).
