Summary
Takes place pre-Kingdom Hearts 1, before they have started working on the raft. I just wanted to write some of Riku’s feelings of being trapped there in his fate on Destiny Islands, both physically and also a bit more metaphorically. I started writing this on a particularly stressful day where I was feeling some of that myself so there might be a bit of projecting. I also tried some symbolism and stuff like that as well, because I just find it really cool. I hope you enjoy!
