To honor or not to honor

Bailey, a student all the way from Jhoto, works hard to make his family proud, especially when he finds out they send him to a prestigious school such as Uva academy. When he arrived, he was shocked about how overly friendly the people were, even when he didn't have much to give when he was there. Usually, he was expected to repay everything back, so this was quite the cultural shock to him. He was even more surprised when the school let all the students go on a 'treasure hunt' around the entire region, he had known that some people in Jhoto went on journeys like that but that was mostly to gather information for the professor of the region, so to find that the professor did his own field work was an even greater shock. He had tried to get out of the treasure hunt, as he much preferred to just remain within the school, doing homework and going to class, but sense he didn't have a health issue, nor did he do the reassure hunt before, he had to do the treasure hunt or else he'd get a failing grade, and his family surely would be shamed for their oldest son not getting a perfect grade the moment he was outside of Jhoto and wasting their money on everything they had done for him, so he did the honorable thing and sucked it up.
