Summary
Beau D'Wyer is an honest, good, and God-fearing man. He's the sheriff of the small frontier town of Ironhide in 1899, and while it is an unenviable and unappreciated job, he manages to find pride in it nonetheless(though this is mostly through the help of a very reasonable amount of cheap beer). It seems as if this forlorn cowboy's life is mundane, but after hearing word of the Federal government hunting a gang that is conveniently heading straight for his quaint little town of drunkards, gamblers, and prostitutes, the sheriff star entails a more harrowing title than any other.
