Summary
“Dad!” I hear shouted from behind and turn to see Henry barreling towards me, crashing into my arms. “You did it!” He yells and a laugh bursts from my body as I hold him close.
“Yeah, buddy, we did,” I tell him as we pull apart. “I couldn’t have done it without ya.”
Henry moved to London in the summer of 2023, after you asked me to stay at the end of the season and said that he could attend school here. Michelle had taken some time to come around to the idea, but two months later, she did and agreed there was value in him finishing his education abroad. She stayed in Kansas; however, not wanting to leave her parents, job, or friends, and by the time she sent Henry to us, she was dating someone new.
