Summary
Force sensitivity comes in at birth and the higher it is, the sooner it’s noticed and funneled into the temple.Quirks come in between ages five and ten, with special activation requirement quirks showing up as late as fifteen. But Izuku had no markers for a S.A.R. quirk and while he does have force sensitivity, it’s nowhere near high enough, strong enough, to take him for a Jedi.So what is he to do now with his boundless desire to help?
