Summary
Freezing. It was so fucking cold in the mountains during winter that even your thick fur felt useless - the harsh winds bashing against you probably didn't help either. "One more paw forward," you chanted. "What am I doing?" you coughed out, unable to feel your own face, the words feeling foreign. "This was it," resolve being made, "I'm dying here." You felt your eyes close, the chill no longer feeling like a battle, similar to a truce. Almost as if you had finally made peace with the relentless blizzard. How corny.
