When Jonathan Sims gets promoted to supervisor at an office focusing on data entry for a charity, he expected it to be simple, boring work. But work that put food on the table nonetheless. When a doll with button eyes bearing a striking resemblance to him shows up, his curiosity gets piqued. When he then also discovers another world lying in wait behind a yellow door that most definitely was not there before, he grows even more curious.
