Summary
Sir Hizashi doesn't know what to expect when the king asks him to retrieve his son from the dragon that's recently moved into the area, but it certainly wasn’t this. “This” being a tiny wizard offering him a dragon amulet if the knight can get him across the swiftly flowing river where the bridge he'd just set afire was still smoldering. What has he got to lose? In only a few weeks the prince’s promised princess will arrive expecting to marry the absent prince. Hizashi had hoped for a smooth journey, but now he’s none too sure. One thing he knows for certain: Time is running out.
