Summary
Doctor Doom pays a visit to Mesmero in the mutant's home on the island of Cloudtops. Somehow, the fact that two supervillains are seen rubbing shoulders gets some people a little nervous.Towards the end of the story, the term "motivational imperative" is mentioned. This term originally turns up in Gene Roddenberry's "Earth: Final Conflict," and is expanded upon by author Dantalion Jones in his book of the same name.
