Shadows of Fire

Bassically, Kai runs away after the Tournament of Elements. After a few days, they end up in Megapolis. They get a job at the noodle shop across from Pigsy's Noodles. His boss forces him to take a break on a day where he forgot his OCD meds. He decides to go eat at Pigsy Noodles. They get pulled into shenanigans, gets shadow powers and ends up meeting Macaque at some point, falls in love with a certain noodle boy, becomes monkie man, gets even more trauma than they started out with, and nearly watched their crush/eventually boyfriend almost die multiple times. Also at some point the ninja come to bring Kai back to ninjago, but that's a whole other can of worms I'm not even close to writing yet.cross-fic on Wattpad, but I no longer am posting on Wattpad.
