Summary
In winter, things hibernate or they die. Slowly, Zam is shaking off the dregs of his hibernation, and as he makes his way to the kitchen, eyes still burning, he can’t help but think Mapicc is as well. The house is getting louder during his shift, full of sharp barks of laughter and the occasional hum of music. They’re shaking off the snow, slowly bringing themselves back to life. The evening sun is nice, slipping in through windows and highlighting the fake wood floors.
