He’s had to learn what others want from him. Tall-men; they tend to behave more favorably when he jokes around in the typical ‘male’ way. Jokes about beer, wives, and parenting. The women like when he mentions that he’s a family man. But honestly, he’s given up on this ever since his wife left. Dwarves; they’re a little different. They tend to respect his hardworking and tough nature. They’re less chatty than tall-men, but still can be a bit condescending. Gnomes; they don’t need much from them. They tend to be on the kinder and softer side, and respond better to his softer side. They just need a little more kindness.Elves- they’re unique. They aren’t much for conversation, and generally look down on everyone. Or so he’s heard. He’s never actually been in a party with an elf before.And here he was, staring at the pair of elves - twins. It’s an unusually small party, with just him and those two. There’s usually another party member. He wouldn’t usually take a job like this, but they did meet all his absurd pricing demands- people do usually negotiate them down, but they just paid it at face value, and they won’t be going super far into the dungeon. Just the 4th floor and then a teleport out.
