Summary
This is an AU for my What Remains AU which is in turn an AU of another author...“Stop.” The woman stops, it’s so sudden that his men can’t stop the swings at her they’ve already initiated. Not that it matters as she just steps away or parries each one. Never too far from the princess but not close enough to accidentally let anything hit either. The princess just has her hand up as if waiting for silence to make an announcement.“I would like to discuss terms of surrender.” It’s calculating, so cold that Chad sees a couple of his men quiver. The knight does not as she returns to the princess’s side a bit in front ready to defend, but the blade is sheathed.
