The Prophecy

This short story was inspired by a small clip leaked from the upcoming final episode of 'House Of The Dragon', where Alicent arrives at Dragonstone to speak with Rhaenyra this time, before the final battle commences. This is clearly a work of fiction, and I have to give credit to two people for fuelling my creativity to the point that I couldn't sleep, eat or work until I got this story out of my throat. It was Taylor Swift's song 'The Prophecy' and this lovely tiktok user @avalone.music who wrote a song about the episode where Alicent and Rhaenyra met at the sept after so many years. Yeah, these two set the atmosphere for what readers will expect the story to look like.I am no expert, or a long time fan of the series. But I've loved the show, and the tragedy of Alicent and Rhaenyra's relationship has spellbound me like no other, hence why I dropped everything and wrote this. Forgive me in advance if there are some errors regarding the places or battle events since as I stressed, I'm not well-versed in the HOTD universe.
