The now-called-out-at-hand reservedness relating to Nishinoya was a result of it all. It was a slippery slope and Asahi wasn’t sure how it all went down in the first place. There was no uncivil conflict that was the thing. It was as if they were teetering around the prelude before they finally joined together to dance at the climax of the crescendo. Most of their conversations were awkward and tense, flooded with dry motions.

It was all set into action with a singular phone call the two had the night before Asahi sent his registration form for the Tokyo fashion school. He wasn’t certain if majoring or attending school was the right step because of the what-ifs attached to his thought process. He knew if there was anyone that would understand what he was feeling, it would be Nishinoya. So he called him.

In other words, what turned into a series of events leading to miscommunication between Asahi and Nishinoya once again, the duo met up at the MSBY Black Jackals season opener through Hinata's invitations. With Asahi intending to fix this himself, it turned into a long night of other emotions coming forward and a realization that Asahi was wrong about the whole thing.
