Summary
This one time they're in Okalahoma and Dean's hurt real bad. Blood's pooling around his feet and the ache in his side, torn flesh from claws the size of a man's head, hurts like a son of a bitch. But the dragon (a real honest to god dragon that some half-wit raised from the netherworld or the otherworld or wherever the fuck) is dead, shot a dozen times or more. Sam's beat up almost as bad, but he manages to make his way through the rubble to Dean, looking scared and white around the eyes.
