Summary

After 1981, Remus was alone. The flat he and Sirius had rented, which had once been so bright and full of life, was now dull. Remus drank himself sick, it kept him from remembering that night. One night, a year or so later on that terrible birthday he had, all alone, he imagined himself speaking to Sirius. Remus wasn't even sure if it was 'speaking'. He was yelling and screaming terrible things. The next morning though, that gaping, grieving hole in his heart felt just a bit less raw.OrRemus Lupin pretends to talk to his friends, even though they are gone. It makes him feel better.
