Summary
It's Bonfire Night in London. Kelly and Scotty are supposed to be attending a party that the Department is interested in. But Kelly is in the hospital, the victim of a beating when he was too drunk to defend himself. He doesn't remember anything about the incident, or how he could have let himself get so drunk. Scotty must attend the part without him, which is only one of the reasons why Kelly is worried and depressed and thinking it would be better for everyone if he left the Department.
