Hello again, never thought I’d see you here

Shinsou Hitoshi didn’t know what a home was until Aizawa adopted him. Before then, the closest he’d ever gotten to anyone was his family- before his quirk came in- and zu, another kid in the foster system.Midoriya Izuku still doesn’t know what a home is. He lived with his parents until he was 5, then he was sent to foster care for 4 years.During his time in foster care, he was housed 12 times- the only reason being, his quirklessness could be used as an excuse to sell or hurt him without consequence and ‘someone without a quirk could never fight back’.OrAizawa needs permission from each of Class-1A’s guardians for the dorms including Izuku’s guardian.Aizawa has to contemplate which approach to use as “Isn’t it strange that Midoriyas parents never visited him in the hospital?” but when he finds the address of Midoriyas house, no one is home. Strange.Unfinished- will be updating
