Summary
In 1999, DC Comics did a multi crossover event called DAY OF JUDGEMENT. Hell froze over. Literally. And the heroes had to find some way to ignite it again, all while keeping the death toll down, and the newly hell-empowered bad guys from wreaking more havoc than usual. This is one of the in-between-the-panels stories.
