Summary
George's hand pulled back from his head and he was leaning away from Dream, panting. Dream smiled clumsily and looked up at George. His smile fell. George was looking back at him with wide eyes and something written on his face that Dream couldn’t understand.Dream could feel the nerves return, swirling deep in his gut and making his stomach hurt. George pulled away from him and stood up. He wiped his lips with his hand.“Dream-“ George whispered, “I can’t.” George was turning out the door before Dream could say another word. The door was quickly shut behind him and Dream felt his heart shatter in his chest.-or-Dream confessed to George last Christmas.
