(without you) by my side

When Dan Heng and Caelus descended to Amphoreus, Caelus died.Dan Heng didn't take it so well.-Dan Heng feels a warm trickle of blood on the side of his head, right where the pain turns into a continuous stab and he feels his hand come away wet when he touches it. The wound is still bleeding, and probably will be for a while, he assesses. But right now, he couldn’t care less. He simply hopes he can find Caelus before his body makes him pass out again. He calls his partner’s name once more and almost can’t hear himself over the ringing in his ears, but as his gaze flits around the compartment, his breath gets stuck in his throat. There in the far end corner of the small car lays Caelus, unresponsive and definitely bleeding from more than one wound as far as Dan Heng can see.
