Summary
This idea came from a Tumblr post by Like-Moonlight-Through-The-Pines which addressed, among other important questions: "Between Janeway and Chakotay, who writes all the cheesy pick-up lines?" This was meant to be a silly one-shot and then suddenly I had 2k words and all I can do is hope the ending's okay.
