Summary
Zoey’s been doing this a lot lately. Part of Rumi isn’t quite sure why, but it leaves her oscillating between endeared and worried. Sometimes her gaze lingers on her or Mira a little longer, a little softer than it used to. Other times she seems to act more carefully, usually after she has already been exceptionally sweet or physically affectionate, even by her standards. It’s not like she has ever been reserved about expressing herself, and certainly not with Rumi and Mira, however when she is, now, it feels different. Charged.
