Curse of the Trans-Maker

Nathaniel Kurtzberg has always felt like a girl inside, but hasn’t found the words—or the courage—to say it aloud. Her growing feelings for Alix Kubdel, her closest friend, spark hope… until Marc, her creative partner and confidant, lets jealousy slip into cruelty. His offhand comment—“Alix would never fall for a girly girl, especially not one who used to be a boy”—shatters Nathaniel’s fragile self-worth. In her grief, she’s akumatised into Trans-Maker, a reality-warping villain who flips the genders of everyone she touches. But beneath the chaos lies a desperate wish: to be seen, to be loved, and to make the world feel what she feels. As Paris reels from the transformation wave, Ladybug and Chat Noir must confront not just the villain—but the truths they’ve buried about identity, empathy, and change.
