Summary

Karasu took out the manual, which was nothing more than a video he looked up on YouTube to serve as guide so he wouldn’t look so lost, and he started cleaning the filter that, indeed, was filled up to bursting with accumulated scale. Apparently, the poor device was already begging for a good cleaning.

“This is going to be a piece of cake.” The crow encouraged himself, washing the filter under the stream of water in the sink.

But while he was doing it, Karasu did not notice that one of the inlet pipes of the boiler was kind of loose and that, when trying to put it back into place, it let out a barely perceptible “crack” and then, completely suddenly, began to launch a pressurized jet of water with no possibility of stopping it.

“Shit!” Karasu tried to cover the leak with his hand, but the cold water soaked him in a matter of seconds.

The crow ran to close the main water valve, unfortunately in the confusion and desperation he ended up stepping on a wet rag that was lying there on the floor and almost went backwards against the washing machine.
