Summary
Cody was awfully familiar with the sensation of being completely alone in a barren room. The sensation of being deprived of something essential without even the chance for a fight, because there was just no moment for him to fight back. Everything that condemned him to this miserable life was decided a long time ago behind closed doors.
Cody was indifferent to what they thought of him at this point, believing it was worth less than nothing. He was finally rewarded for all his hard work and patience, he would finally leave this incomplete place full of mediocrity and find a place to call his own.
