Uraraka choked on her water, sputtering. "Wh-wha--?"

"I'm just saying, could you be more obvious about it?" He muttered, leaning back against the cabinets. His eyes drifted away, a scowl tugging his lips downward.

"I'm not-- I don't--"

"Yeah, you do." He cut in, arms crossed over his chest, "You look like a dejected puppy everytime he gives Icyhot goo-goo eyes. We all know it, Cheeks."

"Well--I just--" Uraraka protested, cheeks puffing out. She shifted, eyes falling to her grip on the glass of water instead.

Another silence, heavier that time. Neither student looked at each other.

Bakugo sighed, shoulders slumping.

"Look, I'm just saying I think it's dumb to pine for a bastard too oblivious to see how strong you are."
