How is their wedding tomorrow?Nikolai keeps looking at his calendar, at the fact that it is in fact October 30th today, which means, unless there is a complete and total failure of the space-time-continum, October 31st is tomorrow, which is Halloween, or, as Kaz would put it, “All Hallows Day”, and thus, their wedding day.“Why do you keep doing that?” Kaz keeps asking gruffly every time he looks at the one hanging on the wall in their bedroom.“Doesn’t quite feel real, that’s all,” Nikolai keeps saying in response.“It’s real, and it’s happening, and you’d better get used to it by tomorrow, because I am not going to hold your hand because you have a hard time remembering that time is real,” Kaz keeps threatening.“Ah, but you’ll hold my hand for other reasons?” Nikolai finally said as they were coming home from preparing the venue for it.Kaz had shot him a hard, annoyed look. “Stop looking for loopholes in everything I say; that’s my shtick.”
