Summary
Lucy and Tim are ambushed by a group of men after their weekend dinner date.
They’d only managed to walk about half the distance to the garage when a car pulled up in front of them and three men got out, the driver stayed stationary in the vehicle. The men had guns drawn and began cornering the couple against the wall of the building that handrailed the sidewalk. Tim swiftly put his arm in front of Lucy, guiding her behind his body, as he thought about how much he regretted suggesting that they leave their weapons home to “fully indulge in their off-the-clock hours”.
