Summary
This is the third in the series I am calling "The Empty Throne", which focuses on the relationships between monarchs and their countries. This will likely be the only one this explicitly romantic, since these two are the only ones I see as a passionate couple. The other oneshots will definitely explore relationships that are not necessarily romantic.
