Every audiobook sold on ao3.life is made from someone's writing. So when one sells, most of the money goes to the person who wrote it.

The split. After the cost of making the audiobook (narration and processing), all profits are shared 91% to the author, 9% to ao3.life.

Your earnings wait for you. You don't need an account here to earn. We hold your share indefinitely until you collect it, however long that takes.

Collecting. Email legal@ao3.life from the email address on your AO3 account, and leave a note on your AO3 profile so we can confirm it's you. Tell us how you'd like to be paid. We'll send your balance and a breakdown by work.
