Louie got himself in a heap of trouble by peeping through a hole in the wall on Elaine changing. She retaliates and gets him fired. (now we do not know what went on in that office so she and the big boss may have come up with a plan of some kind that if Louie apologizes sincerely he could get his job back) He, in return goes to her apartment to beg her - on bended knees to accept his apology and forgive him. Throughout that scene at her apartment she tries to get him to understand just how violating it was what he had done. In the end - he tells her HIS story about feeling violated and so forth.... It seems he has repented for his sin and she did for give him. (Yet when they hug he pinches her butt... This is where my story continues...) She has forgiven him yeah - but for the following 5 days he has to repent prove he is sorry.
