The story starts off as one shots of the two already in an established relationship, but it is very likely that I will add a plot at some point. When that happens, there will be flashbacks exploring how Rara and William went from being friends to being lovers.

Both the spy and the ex-emperor clearly care about the other, but due to a lot of understandable experiences and own shared history of being enemies, it's very difficult to be completely honest with each other. They're also not great with emotions either, which additionally doesn't help whatsoever.Nonetheless, that doesn't stop Rex from turning up at the doorstep of Max's hideaway, clearly more restless and troubled than his usual charming image of his spy self. Rex is too much in the middle of a long identity crisis alongside the anxiety that comes with his job to even fathom doing all that anyway.
