Final Fantasy XV

Bonds of Honour

by Nixxi

Master Clarus died defending his king. Jared knows Master Gladiolus will do the same, if it comes to it. As a chamberlain, Jared never thought he would follow in those footsteps. But perhaps that is what it means to belong to the Amicitia household, and to be part of its legacy: committing to sacrifice oneself for the greater good. Jared wishes only to spare his grandson the same fate. Since the day Talcott was born, Jared has lived to provide for him. And now he is prepared to die for him too.

Gingerbread and Sugar Kisses

by Nixxi

“Mmm,” Gladio says over his shoulder. “That smells good.” Ignis sets the pan on the counter, removes his oven mitts, and looks down at their work. The pieces of the gingerbread house are a rich cinnamon colour, the edges lightly browned. Once they’re trimmed and cooled, they’ll come together to create a quaint little cottage, bejewelled with gumdrops and jelly beans and assorted other tooth-rotting confections. Ignis and Gladio get sidetracked while making a gingerbread house for Iris.
