If he does eat, he will purge and force himself to throw up. His loss os weight causes him to get cold very easily. His hands and feet are always cold. Loic realizes that something is wrong with him when they are cuddling, and Ray takes off his shirt. Loic can see his bones under his cold and thin skin.
