The Royal Library is in the process of navigating these troubled times, while also trying to bring a young protege into the fold, so it can be difficult to manage on one's own. But when an arranged marriage to the upstart, sprightly, young, forward-thinking State and University Library is proposed, everything changes. Royal, State, and everyone around them join the dance of diplomacy, manners, and good, old-fashioned romance that comes along with keeping up with the nation, patrons, and everything else.
